Pre-crimped wire mesh is woven by pre-crimped wire made of different metal material through crimped mesh machines. According to material,crimped wire mesh is generally classified into carbon steel crimped mesh,steel crimped mesh,stainless steel crimped mesh and aluminum crimped mesh. According to load capacity and used wire diameter, crimped wire mesh can be classfied into light crimped mesh and heavy duty crimped mesh for different usage requirements.Crimped wire mesh are formed with square opening and rectangular opening with the excellent features of durable structure,beautiful appearance,big loading capacity.
Galvanized cimped wire mesh is generally called as crimped wire mesh and can be devided into low carbon steel wire mesh, high carbon steel wire mesh, medium carbon steel wire mesh,steel angle wire mesh,copper clad steel wire mesh, redrawing wire mesh and steel wire mesh
Material: 1)galvanized wire, usually used for crimped wire mesh with thin wire thickness. Generally, the production process of galvanizing wire is coil rod - large drawing - annealing - medium drawing - annealing - galvanizing.
