FLAT-TOP ,Aluminum/SS304/316/COPPER Pre-crimped wire mesh/screen mesh for Farm &Decoration
Flat top crimped wire mesh is also know as smooth top wire screen. The wire mesh is produced on looms as screen panels, both of the warp wire and weft wire are previously crimped before weaving(pre-crimped ). Flat top crimped wire mesh is commonly used in the architectural and mining industries.
In the type of Flat Top Screen, the wires are stamped on the opposite side of one of its surfaces, obtaining from the weaving a flat and even surface on the opposite side of the undulations.
The structure is very solid and this allows it to receive heavy loads.
The flat top crimped weave is a improved crimp style, its wire is same to lock crimped weave, the difference is all of its crimps or corrugations is offset to the bottom side of screen, producing a smooth and flat top surface, there is no projections on top to avoid wearing and
give it its long servicetime and a maximum performance.
Materials
Carbon/plain steel: low carbon steel, mild carbon steel, high carbon steel
Stainless steel: 201,202, 304, 316, 321, 410, 430
Copper: brass, pure copper, phosphor bronze
Aluminum: 1050, 1060, 1100, 5052, 5056
Nickel: pure nickel, nickel alloy, monel
Or else.

Enlongation 1%~13%
